Jun 19, 2004 - South Sound Speedway

Our first race at South Sound Speedway this season (it didn't rain)! Practice was going alright for the Twin Motor Sports racing team! Qualifying was kind of a disappointment for both cars; Amber qualified at a 14.53 and Angela qualifying at at 14.43. We made a few adjustments before the race trying to tighten up both cars. As cars lined up on the grid, Angela started 5th and Amber behind her in 7th. It was somewhat of a quick race, Angela moved forward into 3rd but after 40 laps in she lost her brakes but held on and after spinning out twice, finished in 7th. Amber drove and uneventful race and finished in 6th.
